Pours hazy, pale orange with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma is nice sweet yeast, oranges and maltiness. Fine, lightly frothy mouthfeel. Flavour is nicely malty, yeast, banana. Very elegant.

Sep 30, 2008 Draught. Clear, pale amber with white head. Yeasty aroma. Light to medium body with lots of carbonation. The taste is complex with a sweet and sour foretaste with banana notes moving via a strong spicey phase to a good bitter finish with banana and ester notes. A lovely beer.

Ao abrir procurei verificar o aroma dela dentro da garrafa, que percebemos ser mais rico do que a taça, onde parece se perder, . toque floral, damascos, nectarina. dai seu toque frutado. Pouca formação de espuma e com consistência apenas regular. Ela na boa é adocicada, equilibrada, toques de baunilha, retrogosto amargo no inicio, mas que vai e modificando ao longo do tempo, boa permanencia em sua boca. uma boa cerveja em seu conjunto.
