Nov 5, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast, spices, and honey, as well as hints of lemon. The flavor is sweet and very malty, combined with notes of honey, yeast, and spices, but with no real bitterness, which gives it a slightly sticky mouthfeel. The notes of honey lingers for a long time.

May 15, 2005 Updated: Jul 2, 2005(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful fully golden, actually close to amber in colour. Unclear, unfiltered with a thick and stable head. Fresh spicy nose - a touch of coriander perhaps? Sweetish yet dry and only discreetly hopped. A beer close to being perfectly balanced. 190305

Aug 18, 2004 Clear light gold, with no head. Phenolic, with banana, perfume as well. Kind of wet, with a perfumey character. There is no malt here.
