Commercial Description:
Even today, tradition is respected because it is brewed with the greatest care, using traditional methods, based on a unique recipe from Brabant Hesbaye. The amber colour is the result of brewing a pure variety of two-row spring malt, the addition of roasted wheat along with a careful selection of spices in its recipe. La Ramée is a non-filtered high fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle, exceptionally easily to digest, with a slightly peppery flavour.

A hazy orange beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast, spices, and honey, as well as hints of lemon. The flavor is sweet and very malty, combined with notes of honey, yeast, and spices, but with no real bitterness, which gives it a slightly sticky mouthfeel. The notes of honey lingers for a long time.

Bottled. Golden colour. Aroma of stale hops. Sweet and medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel and notes of caramel. lightly grassy finish. Simple, but pretty good.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful fully golden, actually close to amber in colour. Unclear, unfiltered with a thick and stable head. Fresh spicy nose - a touch of coriander perhaps? Sweetish yet dry and only discreetly hopped. A beer close to being perfectly balanced. 190305

Clear light gold, with no head. Phenolic, with banana, perfume as well. Kind of wet, with a perfumey character. There is no malt here.
