yespr (6944), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 30, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours lamost fully clear and golden orange with a fully diminished white head. Aroma is mild pilsner malty and light cornish. Smooth and rather floral flavoured with a mild and delicate sweetness and light herbal accent, honey I assume. Floral flavours seem to be somewhere between daffodils and camomille. Smooth floral and medium sweet finish with a light bitterness showing through. BeerBiker (1209), Odense, Denmark May 31, 2007 Sampled on a great bike tour in France in 2004 in various circumstances in unforgetable landscapes. Aroma and flavor of this brew is over average and not bad for a french microbrew. bager (2060), Copenhagen N, Denmark Mar 19, 2007 Bottled. Golden coloured with a small white head. Kinda artificial with notes of honey, citrus, spices and flowers. Feels a bit perfumed. Emil (6077), Copenhagen, Denmark Mar 10, 2007 Bottle. Golden beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, spicy, honey, floral and a bit perfumed. The taste is also sweet spicy, honey, floral and perfumed. Medium body with a sweet finish. Ungstrup (11381), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 9, 2007 Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of hops and honey. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt and honey, leading to a slightly bitter end. The body is on the light side. This beer can’t offend anybody - but for me it is a bit boring.
