Semi clear and amber coloured with a rather large offwhite head. Malty with notes of almonds, yeast, overripe fruits and a hint of barnyard. Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 31, 2007 Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, and a light dusty hoppy note. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruit as well as a hint of alcohol, leading to a dry bitter finish. Roasted malt aroma with dried fruit note and a whiff/edge of liqourice. Dry malty and slight roasted flavour with a minor sweetness. Roasted finish, rather dry. Nice. Hildigöltur (5056), København Ø, Denmark Aug 30, 2007 Bottled. Brown coloured. Yeasty aroma. Sweet flavour of yeast, marzipan, nuts and old fruits. Rather fizzy. Not very pleasant.
