Bottle, bought @ Belgisk Bryg, Cph.
Pours hazy, pale yellow with a big, creamy white head. Good duration. Great sweet aroma, some biscuity malts, light coriander, wheat sweetness and good yeastiness. Fine mouthfeel with rather high carbonation. Flavour is lightly sweet at first, good pineapple and apple fruitiness. The coriander peeps up again with a good, hoppy, dry, finish. I like!

Bottle 75cl @ <a href=http://ratebeer.com/events-detail.asp?eventID=6803 target=_new> Zythos Bier Festival 2008, Sint Niklaas, Belgium. Unclear orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light heavy yesty, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (010308)

(3/2/08) Bottle sample at Zythos Bier Festival 2008 in Sint Niklaas. Slightly hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma of fruits, some hops and a bit of malt and yeast. Sweetish fruity flavor with a rather dry finish. Medium-bodied. Quite pleasant.
