| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 16, 2009 (Bottled) Very hazy amber with a small, firm head. Aroma of sourish malt, British-style hops, some smooth milk-chocolate hints. Chocolate is stronger in the flavor, but also grassy hops are nicely present. Slight ashiness in the finish, and even more so with yeast, with also some gluey notes. Medium body, quite high and foamy carbonation. An enjoyable and quite balanced brew, but maybe lacking the final oomph. thewolf (5826), Kolding, Denmark

Pours lightly hazy copper with a staying, medium, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is malty, some yeast and a little raspberries. And of course, quite a lot of fruity hops. Medium carbonation, frothy, lively mouthfeel. Flavour is quite dry, good hops, sweet caramel malts, fruitiness as well. Lovely hoppy Belgian ale.
