Is there a better beer than a top notch Belgian Tripel? The pour is amber with some sediment and a chunky white head and the aroma is sweet, fruity and yeasty. The flavor is fruit with some bready malts and some yeast with some dryness in the finish. There is certainly some alcohol throughout, but nothing offensive. A tasty tripel, one that I would certainly buy again.

A bit of spice in the aroma. Great tasting head. Lots of chunks in the beer. This is interesting. Bottle says triple but this seems like a bier de garde to me. Crisp, funky, a lot of bite. Great finish. Excellent.

gusher, pours out very clear pale gold with a bright white tall bubbly head. the body is super clear and gold with a decent amount of bubbles rising up from the bottom of the glass. there is decent, somewhat thick lacing around the glass and the head settled to a nice thin cap. the aromas are kind of week but i do pick up green apple, slight pine, yeast, and something bitter to the nose, but not hops, cant figure it out. it is slightly thin in the begining but is mostly a medium bodied brew. the taste is kind of sweet and very malty and plesent. i pick up a little smoke(believe it or not), apple, grape, sweet dried up onion(but not spicy), and maybe some acidicy from a tomatoe or possibly watered down vinegar. it is a little sour and dry in the finish and leaves a lingering, not so great aftertaste that i do not particualry care for. not that bad though, will drink again if someone else pays for it.

bière tres équilibrer entre alcool et houblon avec des notes sur les agrumes ( ananas), une tres bonne carbonatation pour une refermenatation en bouteille la meilleur biere de cette brasserie a l’heure actuel

Bottle. Hazy deep orangeish golden colour with mediumsized white creamy head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruits, nectar/honey, some caramel malts and mild note sof some herbs and yeast as well. Flavour is being quite much the same. Quite dry finish.

750 ml bottle from Tanakaya. Fruity aroma with honey, plums, apples and a touch of citrus and brown sugar. Glowing, medium amber color with a bit more than lace. Very unexplosive. Sweet, fruity, honey-and-caramel flavor that lightens into apples and lemon at the mid-palate, these remaining and getting hoppy and more citric at the finish. Very interesting. Starts out seeming too sweet, but changes. Palate is rich and full, thinning toward the end. Really fascinating.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange amber body with a white head. Fruity esters apple, coriander, peach with some wood. Spicy with cloves, tea and a mild breadiness. Mild warming with a bitter finish. Nice.
