Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light yeasty, fruit sweet, raspberry, light acidic. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average duration. May 20, 2007 Bottled Hazy orange colour, mediumsized beige creamy/bubbly head. Aroma is sour fruits, some yeast and malts. Flavour is enormously sour and also has some bitter fruits and yeast in it.

Dec 13, 2001 Dark amber ale. Strawberry aroma. Malt flavour and a bitter final (with no strawberry); dry, rather then sweet. Very light chocolate aftertaste.

Nutty brown color, cloudy, big lively off-white head, lace. "Organic", earthy aroma with spelt and grain. Sour, earthy and spicey flavor. Peppery aftertaste. Quite typical Eastern Belgium farmhouse ale, not the best of them unfortunately.

Oct 26, 2007 Bottle@Home. Very fruity aroma of raspberries and strawberries, mixed with malts and some herbal hops. Gushing, cloudy, amber brown color, huge off-white head, fair lace. Sour fruit start, raspberry, strawberry, some malts. Sharper sour, almost vinegar in the finish. Dusty mouthfeel. Unbalanced. No too great.

Mar 13, 2009 (Bottled) Opaque red-amber with a small, tanned head. Dryish aroma of strawberry, raspberry stones, some acidity. Flavor is also dryish with berries, raspberry stones, some ashes. Almost medium body with soft carbonation. Pros: Dry, berryish. Cons: Ashy, not very pleasant. If you make a fruit beer this dry, why not make it a lambic?

Jan 7, 2005 La Saint-Hubert Cuvee du Borq, ABV 6%. Slightly cloudy amber color, short head. Aroma of caramel malt, hops. Taste is also a combination of some caramel malt and sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Decent beer.
