A hazy amber IPA with a thin white creamy off white head. In aroma, a rather herbal hops, with light chalky notes, a bit off. In mouth, a malty crisp ale with rather earthen hops, no floral notes, a bit of catnip, weedy. Medium bodied. Bottle from Grand Duc. Tasted Nov. 5 2009 with GRM and Mike H.

Fairly solid IPA. Not the normal bitterness bite but more smooth on the palate. Aroma is hoppy, taste has hop, a little bitterness but then a nice smooth finish. Enjoyed!

Bouteille 650ml.

Burnt orange color, good carbonation when pouring, unfortunately doesn’t last. Almost no head, past due date? Rather dull in the mouth, alcohol comes out. Expected pucker inducing tartness not present. A bit watery. I would like to taste a fresh one, it might influence my rating, maybe not by much, though.
