Botella. Clear golden colour. Small white bubbly head. Sweet malty bit wheaty aroma. Sweet malty and bit grainy fruitish wheaty flavour. Strange sweet brew.

Tasting at DØ meeting, Aarhus Syd, DK. Bottled, 170908. Golden with small head. Aroma of malt and alcohol. Flavor of fruit and malt - alcoholic.

75cl bottle: Cloudy golden with a small white head. Fruity, citric & metallic aroma. Taste is fruity, smooth & citric. Warmth from alcohol. Another mediocre beer from La Choulette!

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, dry straw, dust - basement / cellar dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (290308)

Clear golden with medium white head. Weak aroma with yeasty and flower notes. Sweet flavor that holds notes of malt and caramel. Ends sweet.

The Fonefan/Brugmansia Cnudde tasting. It’s clear golden with a malty aroma with notes of straw and light alcohol. the flavour has sweetness, notes of straw, malt, caramel, citrus and it’s slightly dry and a bit stale. IMO it’s uninspiring.

Bottle. Clear yellow beer with an offwhite head. Nose of malts, apple (sour apple), alcohol. Citric taste, yet sweet at the same time, leans towards lactic, on the border of getting too lactic. I actually quite liked it.

Pale yellow with a lasting white head. Weak grainy aroma with some cooked vegetables. Sweet and showing some alcohol. A little spice in the finish.
