Dec 6, 2007 Cloudy amber coloured with a small head. Sweet aroma of fruits and earth with notes of nuts. Mildly musty flavour, some citric notes but mostly just clean grain. Alcohol is perfectly disguised. Mouthfeel very soft.

Jul 16, 2007 Bottle, 75cl corked. Clear, golden beer with a bubbly, off-white head. Nice, but a bit weak aroma with pale malt dominating. Some fruit and sweetness in the flavor, along with pale malt. Medium body. Hops in the finish. Pleasant, but a bit boring. As a summer-beer though, it would go down easily. (070608)
