| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 10, 2007 33 ml bottle, from a Monastery gift shop just outside Cadubec en Caux, France. Pours golden color with a slight tangerine hue and a small fluffy white head that leaves a bit of lace. Aroma of sweetish summer fruits, citrus notes and spice bread. Spicy orange flavors, yeast and clove with undertones of shortbread cookie, and an herbal / floral hoppiness in the finish. Medium body and prickly carbonation. Nice belgian blonde, good but not remarkable. TET (241), Finland
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 9, 2007 Beige beer with quite large white head. Aroma is slightly sweet but too light. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2007 Appearance: amber orange color. Medium head, white color, some consistent and persistent.
Aroma: pale malty; fruitiness some citric, similar to grapefruits and orange; sweet-fruity like peaches and tangerines. Hoppy some herbal and highly aromatic. Spicy like coriander and soft clove
Flavor: soft malty and few persistent. Light to medium dryness hoppy, with herbal-medicinal touch, persistent and resinous. Finish with reminiscences of peel orange (both sourness and dryness), stone of peaches and grapefruits. Some liquory. Spicy like coriander and clove.
Palate: medium body, silky texture. High carbonation, but some artificial.
Nice hoppy like a good triple, not very complex. Russo (595), Campinas, Brazil
