33 ml bottle, from a Monastery gift shop just outside Cadubec en Caux, France. Pours golden color with a slight tangerine hue and a small fluffy white head that leaves a bit of lace. Aroma of sweetish summer fruits, citrus notes and spice bread. Spicy orange flavors, yeast and clove with undertones of shortbread cookie, and an herbal / floral hoppiness in the finish. Medium body and prickly carbonation. Nice belgian blonde, good but not remarkable.

Beige beer with quite large white head. Aroma is slightly sweet but too light. Flavor is quite sofisticated but too light. This is too light for being good trappist.

Appearance: amber orange color. Medium head, white color, some consistent and persistent. Aroma: pale malty; fruitiness some citric, similar to grapefruits and orange; sweet-fruity like peaches and tangerines. Hoppy some herbal and highly aromatic. Spicy like coriander and soft clove Flavor: soft malty and few persistent. Light to medium dryness hoppy, with herbal-medicinal touch, persistent and resinous. Finish with reminiscences of peel orange (both sourness and dryness), stone of peaches and grapefruits. Some liquory. Spicy like coriander and clove. Palate: medium body, silky texture. High carbonation, but some artificial. Nice hoppy like a good triple, not very complex.

clear dark yellow, scant head, sweet malt aroma, good body, light sweet malt flavor, hint of bitterness in the finish that eventually turns into spices, would not have guessed it to be a Belgian style

11.2oz pours a hazy brownish color/very dark golden, large bubbly head, lots of carbonation, sweet fruit taste, nice mouthfeel, smoother than other trappist ales of the same style.
