An opaque dark red beer with a brown head. The aroma is a weird sweet honey one. The flavor is sour malty with hints of chocolate.

Creamy prickling carbonation mouthfeel. Spiced initial flavour with a mild yeasty note. Light roasted caramel malt base. Mild mellow yeasty presence. Lingering fruity flavour into a bitter and dry spiced finish. Dry and spiced into the far finish.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Dark mahogany colour, creamy head. Aroma of burnt malt and plums, Very dry, medium bodied clean mouthfeel. Heavily carbonated, roasty and burnt, feels rather hard. Besides burnt malt there are notes of viola and licorice. Salty bitterish finish. Flavourful, but somewhat unrefined.
