| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 29, 2008 500mL Bottle. Pours a red beer with a fast disappearing head. Aroma of spices, with yeast and malt. Sweet beer though most Dubbels are. Tastes similar to its aroma. Cherry-Fruit flavours evident. This Dubbel seemed lacking flavour and was short finishing compared to others. Perhaps I was too wow’ed with the bottle and expected more. Very drinkable though.
