Aroma is not real strong but is very sweet (almost like those candy circus peanuts we ate as kids) and some floral notes. Flavor is not quite as sweet, but still very fruity, with notes of banana and yeast. Medium boded and a dry finish that hides the alcohol well. Rich, straight taste with notes of liquorice, herbs, sweet malts, toffee, a hint of yeast and hops, flowers and bananas. Smooth mouthfeel, slightly carbonated. Beautifully rounded tripel, with decent and fairly long-living head. Off-golden appearance. Fruit, hops and yeast on the palate and predominantly yeast and hops to the nose, with sweet and fulfilling mouthfeel. Commendable beer.
