Small off white head, dissapates quickly.Hazzy orange color. Fruity nose with some apricots.Thin bodied, cidery tasting, some winey flavors.Carbonation is low.Thin non interesting finish. Some sourness in the finish also.A real boring brew.

A nice tripel. Aroma is light fruits, sweet and spicy, peppery with a nice floral scent. Appearance is a deep golden orange in color, huge amounts of head. Mouthfeel was a little too harsh and thin for my liking. Flavor is sweet malts, light fruits with an alcoholic kick.

Bottle at Chaucer’s Pub- Pours a hazed yellowy orange with a huge froth of white foam. Very fruity and yeasty aroma. Lots of apple and pear, white grapes and spicy rose petal. Sweet but almost tart apple and pear flavour profile with spicy yeast, fresh white bread crust and bittering hops to balance. Quite smooth and drinkable given the ABV. I liked it!

Pours cloudy amber with lots of sediment and no head. Aroma is rather weak. Flavor is banana and some other fruits with some residual sugar. Has an oily mouthfeel. Just o.k.

(Bottle) Pours deep golden with a large, off-white head. The aroma holds malty tones of honey, nuts, light caramel and light marzipan. Fruity notes of sweet red apples, pears, canned pineapples, sweet lemons and bananas as well as hints of peppery and clove-like phenols. Light herbal hops and dusty yeast. The flavour is light to medium sweet and near medium bitter with tones of bread, nuts, honey, oranges, red apples, apricots, herbs and light clove. The mouthfeel is clean and light acidic with a light crisp carbonation. The finish is of alcohol, almond paste, honey and earthy herbs. Medium bodied.
