| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 9, 2008 Overall a very good tripel. It pours a dark gold color with a very small white head. It has very distinct fruity (apple?) notes with a bitter and malty finish. I would drink this again, but it is not my #1, their Quad on the other hand... wow. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 7, 2005 Poured with a large, off-white head. Best lacing I’ve seen yet. Deep amber color with just a slight haze. Initial smells of banana, then citrus, very hoppy. The flavor starts sweet but goes bitter with lots of hops. Creamy, medium body. Great beer to have around.
