Pours a deep orange amber with a large ivory head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, and generally malty. Flavor is nice and fruity again; peaches, apricots. Also cream and a little spice. Kind of a molasses flavor in the body. Rich mouthfeel, decent carbonation, thicker viscosity, sticky finish. Pretty enjoyable tripel all around. Well balanced. Overall, very good.

Gorgeous smell, lovely taste, though a bit cloudy and a little too carbonated as it dances on your lips. Great cold but has undertones of apple cider which masks alcohol content. Loved it!!

Pours a slightly hazy amber-orange supporting a quite durable thin white head. With its apparent clarity, which is unusual for a true Belgian triple, it appears to have been filtered. Notable and fairly assertive aromas of banana, bubblegum, caramel, fresh yeast and various spices blend well together. Mouthfeel seems a bit thin and watery, but shows off a pleasant spritzy carbonation to style. Flavors come through a bit more reserved as compared to the aroma. Notes of yeasty fresh bread, caramel, nutmeg, banana, orange zest and ripe apple come through. Late palate reveals a moderate, somewhat harsh bitterness which is a bit unpleasant. I found the 8% alcohol a bit too tame to make this a satisfying triple. In the end, worth a try, but just OK.

Looks decent, with a cloudy orange brown body and medium but moderately lasting head. Creamy butter toffee aroma. A nice smooth flavour initially, sharpening up though after swallowing leaving a slight bitter twang. Fruity aftertaste, with maybe some pineapple in there with a touch of rum. Quite a satisfying beer, with a warming glow and nice depth. I’m pleased to have a few of these beers, because it already tastes better than when I had it a few months ago.

Hazy golden color with a fine, bubbly head. Lots of malty and light fruit notes (cherries and cranberries), in the aroma and some menthol/medicinal notes. Tastes clean and dry, with sour citrus and an unusual taste in the back of the throat. Also has a subtle alcoholic bite, which lingers into a bitter-sweet, malty, aftertaste. Muted hops also come through towards the finish. Interesting and complex.

12oz Bottle with some date code I can't understand Poured a cloudy reddish orange with sizable head that falls flat yet leaves scattered lacing. Aroma has a candy like sweetness to it with some fruit and yeast adding to the mix. Mouthfeel is crisp with carbonation and medium bodied. The flavor is on the sweet side with a peppery spicy note added to the sugary sweetness. Overall not my favorite Tripel but a decent one just the same.

04 Bottle. Kinda a medium to dark amber pour, which seemed a little dark for a standard tripel. Lots of Belgian yeast and herby corriander in the aroma. This followed by a spicy malty flavor, both spicy from the yeast as well as grassy earthy spice. Alcohol pepper was present, but not upfront.

Hazy orange-brown with a little creamy white head and a bit of lacing. Fruity and malty aroma. Nice malty flavor with banana and sweet caramel. Similar to the dubbel but with a little heavier body, and a touch more bitterness at the finish. The flavors are a little deeper and stronger as well. Tasty and enjoyable. Not an Allagash, but I like it.
