Deep color, rich slightly sweet taste with notes of fruit, particularly bananas. Smooth and easy to drink despite the strength. Would have given it a perfect rating except I had their Quadruppel immediately after and it was even better ;) Tigerdyr (1), Denmark does not count | 4.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | May 25, 2005 A very nice beer, with a taste of fruit (nuts), round i the taste, and a soft feeling in the mouth while drinking it. Now this is a Tripel as our poetic-metaphorical God wanted it to be brewed. Amazing stuff.
Cloudy, deep-gold/orange appearance, lasting froth, gooey candy aroma, a flavor that defines the essence of Tripel goodness, soft and gooey, goes down like liquid butter it’s so smooth. This is a new Ultimate beer for me. How does it get any better for this most wonderful style?
