Aromas are grainy and fruity. Candi sugar is the first impression, but it gives way to a malty fruit presence that is well balanced and very enjoyable. Not as complex as some of the other tripels I’ve tried, but comes off very well. SpudClampDawg (1027), Jasper, Indiana, USA

More cherry comes out in the body and draws out into a nice dry finish. Plum and bittersweet chocolate as well. The alcohol warms nicely in the finish. Mklein818 (165), Etterbeek, Virginia, Belgium

Not as stunning as their Quadrupel, but a fine, spicy tripel that is balanced with a very mild sweetness. Very good with spicy food. Nightfall (647), Athens, Greece

Sweet fruity aromas and so is the taste. A class lower than the Abt/Quadrupel of La Trappe but a very nice beer nevertheless. auderale (572), Fairchild AFB, Washington, USA
