Jan 20, 2008 Pours amber wtih a nice haze to it. Aroma and taste extremely fresh with hints of fermented apples. Alcohol very well masked by the sweetness, and balanced hops. Definitely reminiscent of a Trappist orchard on a summer day.

Aug 5, 2008 Pours a nice amber color with moderate, but quickly dissipating head. Aroma is not real strong but is very sweet (almost like those candy circus peanuts we ate as kids) and some floral notes. Flavor is not quite as sweet, but still very fruity, with notes of banana and yeast. Medium boded and a dry finish that hides the alcohol well. A solid beer, but not the best tripel out there.

Jun 27, 2008 A clear orange/amber colored beer, with a white head. It disappears to fast (the beer was served,a little to cold). The aroma is malty, fruity and spicey coriander. The taste is bittersweet, with notes op spices. Some peaches in the back. A pleasant bittersweet aftertaste.

Dec 13, 2008 Clear amber with lots of bubbles and a small creamy white head. Light yeasty aroma. Sweet malt, smooth carbonation, fruity and alcohol also. Dark color separates this from the Belgian Tripels.

Jul 3, 2005 Orange brownish color for the pour. Spicey, Musty Citrus taste. As a trappist it definitely has its own signature and very recogizable.
