Dec 30, 2002 Orangy, spicey and fruity nose; hazy amber-gold color and a low tight head. "Big ass malt" - Joe V (Arnoud). Yeasty tastes hide behind a n apple juice-like body. Dry end and a medium body. The alcohol frames the main taste: it’s present in the nose and in the swallow. Warms the soul. A little on the light side for a tripel, but quite good.

Aug 20, 2002 Cloudy amber in color with a decent white head that dosn’t last long. Aroma is of grains and a hint of hoppiness. Starts out a little sweet but is quickly followed up by a bitterness that evens things out nicely.
(note: when this beer warms the bitterness becomes a bittersweet ending that stays in the back of your throat)

Oct 26, 2006 Coppery colored, little white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma has good spices with hoppy, floral, caramelly and fruity touch, mild alcohol also there. Medium to full bodied. Crispy palated. Flavor is more alcoholic with spices and lemon, also some bitter hops there. Aftertaste lasts with medium alcohol and some sweet caramel.

Dec 23, 2005 Nice floral aroma. Pours a dark amber color with a light head. Taste is mostly fuirty yeasty flavors, with a bit too much alcohol coming through. After taste is a pleasant bread like flavor. A good beer, but not the best triple.

Jun 24, 2007 Bottle. Pours iwht a brown color and a medium head. Aromas of a typical Belgian, yeast and a bit of citrus. Flavors of dough, fruit and some spiciness. Very highly carbonated hence more refreshing than most triples.

May 5, 2007 Bottle. Dark golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, yeast, apple, caramel. Flavour is fruit, yeast, hop, alcohol, apple. Nice beer.
