Dec 30, 2002 Orangy, spicey and fruity nose; hazy amber-gold color and a low tight head. "Big ass malt" - Joe V (Arnoud). Yeasty tastes hide behind a n apple juice-like body. Dry end and a medium body. The alcohol frames the main taste: it’s present in the nose and in the swallow. Warms the soul. A little on the light side for a tripel, but quite good.

Aug 20, 2002 Cloudy amber in color with a decent white head that dosn’t last long. Aroma is of grains and a hint of hoppiness. Starts out a little sweet but is quickly followed up by a bitterness that evens things out nicely.
(note: when this beer warms the bitterness becomes a bittersweet ending that stays in the back of your throat)

Mar 31, 2007 Golden color with a thin head. Lots of wheat and a little banana aroma. This tastes more like a Wit, with wheat and coriander the dominant flavors. Slightly sweet finish though.
