sebletitje (1880), Tampa, Florida, USA Sep 6, 2009 yipee, another sub par FBC beer.
Pours semi hazy golden with thin white head.
Aroma is malty, hints of hops, nothing special here.
Flavor, hints of pilsener malts, light sweet caramel with some added sweetness in the finish.
Crisp and soapy mouthfeel with a lingering malty mouthfeel. Suttree (2701), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jul 25, 2009 Pours surprisingly dark yellow or gold, thin but sturdy white head. Corny, skunky aroma, tangy, corny , bready flavor. Not as bad as I had feared. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Apr 13, 2009

cbeers21 (563), Miami, Florida, USA Apr 4, 2009 Typical Latin American lager. Light clear straw color with watery cereal malts present. Corn husk and slightly skunked aroma, maybe a little hidden spice but not too much going on. Watery blandish aftertaste which fades quickly from the palate. I suppose its quenching, (it was hot out,) but I feel that there are better alternatives of the same vein but of better quality. daknole (2810), Plantation, Florida, USA Mar 27, 2009 Typical pathetic pils. Piss yellow. Grainy and malty nose. Faded hops. Flavor much the same. I must say that this one at least doesnt have a whole lot of totally disgusting flavors. Pretty bad though. KnN (714), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA Feb 6, 2009 Light cloudy yellow beer with a minimal white head. Aroma was skunk, grass, corny malt. Flavor was very light and a bit skunky. It was nice with the spicy Cuban food we were eating, but otherwise unimpressive. Cletus (5001), Connecticut, USA Dec 29, 2008 Bottle courtesy of daknole. Pours gold with a white head. Smells skunky and grassy. Tastes of apples and straw. Watery finish. Oakes (8058), gone rambling, Vietnam Dec 23, 2008 Straw colour. Grassy straw character is relatively sweet, slightly doughy. OK pale lager, seems clean enough but sweet and bland.
