Aug 11, 2009 Blonde acidic beer with a nice white frothy head. Aroma is sweet but not altogether complicated. Flavor is very "dark" for a blond beer. Very "belgian strong ale"-like. Palate is really refined, you start of with a bitter hop/malt taste, after which an incredible sweetness washes through your mouth finished of with a nice dry bitterness. Leaves you very refreshed and pleased.
Quite surprised this doesn’t score much higher, maybe it’s cause it seems "retired".

Apr 11, 2009 (33cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour hue with yeast flakes and a big foamy white head. Quite shy initial aroma. Slightly yeasty and sweet pale malty nose with a delicate flowery hoppy touch in the background. Moderately sweet flavour with a whiff of acidity, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malt character, moderately bready and fruity taste; malt-accented, slightly bitter finish with a moderate presence of hops and a rather strong alcoholic tang (11.IV.09).

Mar 21, 2009 Bottle, bought @ Willems, Grobbendonk.
Pours a wonderful, clear golden. A lot of small floaties. Nice creamy, staying, white head. Super aroma, red apples, ginger, oranges, sweet malts, yeast and vanilla. Highish carbonation, nice creaminess. Lightly dry mouthfeel. Pretty sweet and malty, good vanilla and light hoppy dryness. Apples again, some ginger. Really nice, light vinious and warming. Nice!

Mar 14, 2009 Bottled from Carrefour in LIege. Golden color, with visible yeast sediment. very nice thick ut quickly diminishing head, some lacing, relatively high carbonation. Nose fruity, aroma grassy and some fruits and some yeast. Very nicely composed beer

Feb 10, 2009 bottle, pours light yellow gold with a frothy white head. The nose is very fruity with some yeast and light malt. Flavor is malty with a very straight forward bitterness riding all the way through.

Dec 27, 2008 33cl bottle at Delirium Cafe. Old dusty bottle. Pours hazy golden with a fine white head. Nose is sweet of oranges, yeast & malts. Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Matured malty. Round and smooth. Love the fruityness in this one. Very drinkable.
