Light aroma of corn that reminds me of my grandpa’s breath back in the summers of my youth (ahhhh....). with generous head that lingers. Tastes like grass mostly with corn and chick peas. Very carbonated however if that’s what I was looking for I’d get a soda.

I have no idea what this beer looks like as I don’t think I’ve ever once poured it into a glass. If I have to pick a macro, I usually pick 50. It’s pretty much like the commercial description says it is - fruity and dry. It’s also very heavily carbonated and sort of gives me a bit of headache. This beer does actually have some flavour to it, which puts it far ahead of Bud, or Coors, etc, etc. Plus, it will earn you hipster points and indie-cred. Just try to look ironic about it the whole time. :P

Se boit bien tablette, donc idéale pour les voyages de pêches ou il n’y a pas de réfrigérateur. Peut-être la bière de Labatt qui a le plus de goût.

bottle. OK trying the "old man" beer just because it was offered to me. Suprisingly good. Ran circles around the bland Red Cap I drank moments before. This ale actually has some sweetness to it. Light body, some hop flavour. Nothing fancy but thirst quenching cold ale with more of a dry finish than most macro lagers which are sometimes too bitter.

I agree 100% with UglyBlond. Very crisp beer. I love carbonation, and this one has lots of it. Could use a bit more bite to it, but it is drinkable, and given the limited offerings where I live, it may be purchased again.

Really good when I could get it in the states. I seek it out in Canada. A little longer lasting foam, dryer bite and tighter bubbles than the usual Blue.

Crisp and dry and clean. Lots of carbonation. Must be really cold. Not much body, and not enough grain.Refreshing.

I don’t know what all this talk is about Labatt 50 having "a quickly disappearing head." I’ve read a few posts indicating that, so perhaps these people need a lesson on how to pour beer. The head is present about 75% of the way down the glass before disappearing and it leaves a nice webbing. One of the better macros.
