Well, this is probably the lbest of the Labatt line, which is not much of an achievment. Its mostly corn, but you can actually taste some hops in it.

8-12-08. Bottle. Poured gold with very little head. Smells of corn, grain, and grass. Tastes about the same, lots of grain and corn up front, but nice crisp grass finish. Its ok.

didnt expect much and got a little more than i expected. typical macro flavor just a bit more intense and woody with a little extra sweetness. it is clean and somewhat balanced and looks like weak piss water in the glass. i felt there was a grainy and wet grass flavor that isnt interesting but gets marks for being somewhat genuine in light of all the brews like that out there.quick dissapating head and faint wiff of something like hops hey at least it doesnt have that Canadian taste that you can just tell blindfolded.

I got this bottle at the cheesy disco in an Indian casino in Northern Michigan, so it may not have been the freshest. Golden color with a fizzy white head. Nasty smell of canned grean beans and vomit. Corny sweetness in the flavor, with wet vegetables and card board. Just a mess.

340ml bottle. Twist off cap. Poured a medium and very lightly hazy golden-yellow color wtih a smaller sized white head. Aromas of some citric lemons, grainy, and some grassiness. Tastes of grains and some malty sweetness. Thinner body.

Bottle waiting for a lift in Mt Tremblant CA. Pale golden body with a dry bitter aftertaste. Body is thin and a hint of wet paper in the flavor. Eh.

Pours a three-fingered white head that quickly fades to a thin layer leaving some lace. Crystal clear amber color. Light-medium carbonation and light bodied. No nose. Flavor is slightly sweet but balanced with hops, clean finish. Inoffensive golden. $1.75 for a 340ml bottle from Barb’s Beer Emporium Concord, NH.

12 oz bottle: Aroma is corny, maybe some hops, and some cardboard aroma in the a little bit. Appearance is a clear straw color with a medium sized white head that lingers. Taste is light, dry, somewhat grainy and corny, and refreshing to say the least. Palate is very carbonated on the tongue with a very clear and watery aftertaste. Overall, Meh...It’s ok. kind of run of the mill pale lager. although I do see it’s a blonde/golden ale. Cheers!
