One of the better mass produced Canadian bieres that can be obtained in America...mainly because the flavor remains fresher in the brown bottle. Lively carbonation. Smells grassy. Smooth and dry flavor. Not at all offensive. Easy to drink. Holdwine (909), Beertimore, Maryland, USA

| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Oct 12, 2007 Straw color with a smallish but stable off-white head. My first impression of the aroma was of rotting flowers. I think that might be a bit harsh. Actually some light dough and sour mash along with a touch of alcohol and stomach acid. Like a malt liquor light in scent. The aromas deliver the flavors. Light malt, corn, and mild alcohol. Corn meal all over the place in this one. Mush and grits malt liquor light. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 11, 2007 Rated while drinking: Pours a crystal clear gold with a small white head that fades away to an island in the middle of the glass. Aroma is of sweet cereal grains and malts. Nothing wrong in there, but it’s basic. Flavor is everything the aroma hinted at, along with a pleasant aftertaste. Actually not too shabby. The beer is extremely watery so I could see two people whipping through a 12 pack in ten minutes. Inoffensive beer that is better than Labatt Blue (in my opinion), and could spark a party. | 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Oct 10, 2007 Had this beer on 4/3/2005. Aroma is a very light crisp malt scent. Color very light bright gold with very good carbonation. Taste is light and fizzy. Starting with a very light body then goes down with a fizzy feel. Finish faintly comes though with a very light malt flavor and ends clean with a very gentle bitterness. Finishes nicely, with almost a fruity aftertaste. Agree with previous post - must be served iced cold for best taste. My favorite North American Ale. DirtyJerd (61), Edinboro, Pennsylvania, USA
