Can at Chris o New Year tasting 08/09. Very weak gold colour, thin white head. Odd malt aroma, sweaty cardboard also. It doesn’t taste of anything, some lemon on finish. OK.

12oz can drank from a 10-cup Krups Coffee Carafe. 1500. This beer brings me back to the beginning. When I didn’t know beer from piss-water, which I happen to be drinking. Was any other beer really suitable for celebration, other than this, the low standard Americans hold everything to? I savor this in a kitchen worthy of condemnation and reeking of Pine Sol. Atmosphere and expectation are everything. The distant malt sugar and faint soda-pop-like alcohols of this beer carry me into the swirling slumber of low-class mediocrity. Just give me a "beer." Sell me a cheeseburger and give the car companies a bailout, because this is the generation of sad dissatisfaction, resentment, and giving up. As I clutch the black plastic handle and lift the glass carafe to my lips, I’m reminded of how poor the working class have it and how mega-corporations take advantage of ignorance, sheep behavior, and poverty. For now, I join the blue-collar crowd, at least in spirit as the dry alco-malt-pop quenches my celebratory thirst. Have some goddamn passion will you, before time fucks you into thinking that the only thing worth doing with your life is just making it through without doing anything meaningful.

Pours very light completely translucent golden color with a minuscule white head. Aroma is faint, skunky corn. Flavor, what flavor? I can honestly say that this beer is the closest thing to carbonated water I have ever had, almost like Perrier with a kernel of corn dropped in it. The good thing is that the taste isn’t offensive like some other cheap light beers, so it could easily be consumed in mass quantities as I presume it usually is.

Pours a ultra light pale gold, lots of carbonation, and a thin white head.Aroma of sour skunky metallic corn, but not as horrible as the other macros.Flavor is slightly corny, and thin,a little sweet and skunky but again not horrible. Drinkable and not too bad for a light

Light golden in appearance with a corn and metallic taste and aroma. Highly carbonated on the palate. I guess it does what it is supposed to do, get you drunk with not a lot else going for it. At least it was drinkable.

YES! Another crap lager. Pours a pale straw body. Wet paper, grassy hop character, with metallic flavor in the finish. suck.

This is clear yellow with no aroma or taste but this is normal for light Pale lager. This is better than other light beers, but still not my choice.

Very typical macro light lager. Highly carbonated. Tastes faintly of pale malts. Slightly better than others though.
