bsp77 (191), Minnesota, USA Oct 30, 2009 Poured from can into pint glass.
Very pale yellow with very thin head.
Somewhat sweet malt smell, some spicy hops.
Light malt body, maybe there is a hop counterbalance but not sure I can find it.
Moderate carbonation, light body.
Typical mainstream pale lager - easy to drink but would rather have something else.
mcberko (124), British Columbia, Canada Oct 14, 2009 Generic, bland, pale lager, hardly different to Kokanee or Molson. Very poor. DarkSong (102), Dacula, Georgia, USA Oct 10, 2009 1 pint 8 oz can. Pours a pale yellow color with a large white quickly fading head. It has a very crisp taste and is very refreshing but uninteresting beer. This beer is ok but I don’t think I’ll buy it again. Suttree (2701), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Oct 5, 2009 Post party fridge find. Not blue in any way, shape or form. No smell or taste of blueberries or any other blue food. Pretty run of the mill, actually. DeanF (285), Paris, France Sep 30, 2009 Had on tap some time ago at the Toronto airport. Served very cold; had a dry finish, at least, but just some bitter grains and a bit of alcohol. Not at all worth remembering, and I only picked it because of the price. phaleslu (427), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Sep 28, 2009 24 oz. can from The Party Source. Thrown in the middle of a weekend-long session with some friends, this one was to relax things a bit. Plus, it had been a while since I’d had one- long before my rating days. Anyway, this one pours about the same as any other North American macro pale lager, clear pale gold with a lot of visible carbonation and a fairly large white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, malt, corn. Flavor is the same, but watery. Light mouthfeel, some carbonation to make it crisp. No aftertaste. Inoffensive. It’s the easiest Canadian binge drinking beer to find, so drink up, you hoser. Fratto (670), Arlington, Texas, USA Sep 13, 2009 I could actually smell a little something in this beer, other than that it was just a bland pale lager with nothing to set it apart. 1010 (206), Marysville, Ohio, USA Sep 11, 2009 pours a golden color with a nice white head. Taste much like other beers of the style. Nothing really to differentiate the taste.
