Taste was not that bad, had hop flavor on tongue with a syrupy finish. Better than Bud or Miller but is that really saying much. TizzleJizzle (62), Garland, Texas, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 4, 2008 I tried this beer at the bar and hoped that my neighbors to the north would have a flavorful beer to offer, and that was obviously not the case. It had a mediocre aroma of grain and poured a yellow color with little to no head. The flavor was right below average for this style and went down smooth on the palate. You know something’s up when the palate is the highest rated thing about a beer. This is a very unimpressive beer in my opinion. iride15 (171), Orlando, Florida, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 3, 2008 Bottle-RI. Great for the campfire or drinking in copious, copious amounts. At one time this was a major point of emphasis. Very freshing. Great after-softball-game beer. DandyWolfFloyd (331), Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 29, 2008 Lager’s aren’t all the same. This is a case in point. This one is actually worth a second tasting. The aroma is not there. The appearance is a bit disappointing. The flavor is actually very nice, some sweetness in there, that your not used to with the lager class. It’s very fair on the palate. It’s not worth some of the bad fare. Really this is decent. dkazuk (247), winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

Pale yellow beer with a crappy head. Smells sweet and grainy and a little vinous. Similar taste with some weak boring malt and a bit of hops and dryness in the finish. Nothing too bad but the most exiting part of this beer is when i realized my 6 pack came with 2 different bottle caps. More for my collection. scooterbub (380), Lander, Wyoming, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 18, 2008 bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a thin white head. Slight malt aroma with a sweet grain taste. Clean crisp, refreshing and feels pretty good on the tongue. Not a bad beer, but it is expensive around here. It is usually $9 a 6 pack, but it was on sale for $6. guyinchicago (528), marengo, Illinois, USA
