Being a North American macro, this beer is notable in that it has some fathomable tease of taste. Through the usual swath of club soda style water beer, Blue actually has a slight bit of hops noticeable to raise it above, say, Budweiser or Canadian. That said, I’d never be caught spending upwards of $1.50 a bottle of this beer. Bland but unoffensive.

I have had Blue a few times. Again and bloody well again it has that chemical taste. It is an ok err lager or what the hell they pass it for? 80 Dollars for a 24 pack here??? Shit go figure!

Not really good, but it doesn’t suck. It’s biggest downfall is that it doesn’t finish too clean, in fact it leaves you feeling like you just got done with licking the walls of a sewer.

It is the most popular beer around town. It is also the most average beer I have had. It is not great, not bad, just average. It leaves a bad aftertase. The head of "blue" dissapears quick. I have had to drink this beer far to many times. But to be honest it gets better after you have a dozen or so.

Small white head shrinks quickly. Yellow body with carbonation. Clean apple, grain, and straw aroma with hoppy notes. Thin watery papery grain taste with chalky, sharpish aftertaste. Yucky papery corn taste lingers. Flawed and boring. (0.341l bottle at Kyoto restaurant in Montreal.)

Can... not a terrible beer compared to other mainstream pale lagers, but nothing to jump for joy about. A step above terrible.

Average beer....better than all american mass produced beers. Best beer you can buy for somewhat cheap. Crisp, smooth, quite a bit of flavour. Average beer, but cheap.
