Soft spot for this beer as this was one of my first beers. Also, going to school in the South, not many people drink it so it was unique.

this is definitely one of my favorite beers. i’m not quite sure why, because as many people are quick to point out, it’s nothing unique. nevertheless, it’s tasty when it’s ice cold. it’s smooth, malty and crisp. goes extremely well with wings and sabres games.

Pretty much in the same league as Molson Canadian. Grew up drinking this one. Not bad, but there are a lot better beers out there.

Bottle: One of my favorite mass produced beers. Goes down smooth, with good bitter flavor, not skunky. Had on several occasions. Will probably have more in the future also.

(Bottle) Well OK this is pretty much your standard dry, papery macro. Maybe has a hair more flavor than many...Pours pale yellow. Maybe a bit of whitish head. Aroma is cereal-like, very lightly sweet. Mouthfeel dryish, prickly, thin. No lacing. Tastes like cereal grain and paper. Little bit of sweetness saves it from tasting totally like paper.

Something interesting on it, maybe it is just another lager but is not as bad as many. IT has some features sweet.

Rated 12/3/05: Labatt Blue is to Canada as Budweiser is to America. Nothing much else to say about this beer. A standard decent brew, I will order this on tap at a bar once in a while just for a change of pace.
