Darker than the others it has a mildly satisfying taste that’s definitely stronger than it’s challengers, yet it’s still average at best. IrishBoy (2718), Bakersfield, California, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Feb 5, 2007 Bottle; not the typical pale lager nose; sweet cotton candy and caramel; gold with a small white head; sweet wheaty flavor, with a touch of caramel; tingly mouthfeel; much better than Bud, coors, etc! lumberjack (178), Michigan, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Feb 3, 2007 Sadly one of the better "domestic" beers available in this area. Overly carbonated, with a somewhat sweet aroma and taste. Almost nothing on the palate or aftertaste. I prefer it over some others, but certainly nothing special. orville (160), Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 31, 2007 Not much to say here other than drinkable and good to fritter the day away with. The flavor is thin, clean and inoffensive. Jordiam (70), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jan 28, 2007 First off, I find this to be one of the more overrated beers, but this is just my tastes talking. I personally can not find a good taste in this beer.
Anyways, this beer is nothing special; the aroma and appearance are very average and not appealing. I find the taste absolutely terrible, but again, that’s for my taste buds. It seems like it’s just soda water with a tad bit of kick. Speaking of kick, the palate was not TOO bad, I found it gave the beer a somewhat distinct characteristic by tingling my lips, cheeks, and the roof of my mouth. skorchsoul (36), Pennsylvania, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 20, 2007 341ml bottle - pours extremely light yellow, sort of piss coloured, with a thin white head on top. Not inspiring to look at. Aroma is fruity and sweet malt - nothing amazing, but hey, at least it smells like something, which is more than can be said for, say, Bud or Coors. Flavour is thin and watery, but at least it has that same malt sweetness that comes through in the aroma. No bitterness, but there are traces of faint grassy hops in there. Pretty boring and bland, but it is clean and inoffensive, and much better than most American macro lagers, so it does have that going for it. I never buy this for myself, but if somebody hands me one I can deal with it. It’s drinkable, even if no more exciting than a can of Coke. Plus, I’m from London, Ontario, it’s from London, Ontario... faroeviking (6119), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jan 20, 2007 Bottle. Clear yellow colour with a medium rather short lasting white head. Aroma of grains and malt. Flavour is malty, bit sweet, grainy, slightly hopped. Short finish.
