Skunky corn aroma and thin grassy taste dominate this boring marco. Not entirely offensive, though, as it seems to be better as you drink it. But I could be imagining things.

Clear gold, thin white head. Sweet grass aroma, same taste and watery. I only drink this while watching hockey.

The aroma is definitely on the sweet side, telling of Blue’s lingering malty finish. Color is the standard pale golden for its category. Flavor is refreshing, a tiny bit hoppy, but mostly just a sweeter malt flavor towards the end. Inoffensive overall, good for guzzlin’. Like an American standard just a bit less bitter (if you can believe that is possible) and a little sweeter. Pretty middle of the road, but a nice change of pace for a comparable price.

This one was one of my first tries with a Canadian product and I can say I dont prefer it. Airy, and left me unsatisfied. The smell is good but deceiving. I found the taste harsh and bitter. Although I did have it from a can which in my opinion is least desirable, but nevertheless there are much better options.

330ml bottle. Pale and pasty amber colour with reasonable carbonation and a see through layer of tiny bubbles. Corn and malt aroma with an average tatse and no bitterness at all. Thin mouthfeel.

This beer is what it is and I will rate as such: A great Canadian style lager , a classic Canadian favorite.Light gold colored crisp cold no nonsence commercial Pillsener style with a pleasant taste. Great beer for after mowing the lawn, Not for beer snobs just a bit too average but very drinkable.

First time I’ve drank this beer in years, and I got to say it’s not all that bad. The brew looks your standard pale yellow crystal clear lager with a half inch of snow white head that’s gone before you have a chance to you’re your first drink. Very sweet aroma, sweet grainy malts, maybe even a touch of honey, good strength of aroma, not offensive but maybe a touch to sweet. The flavor has this strange mix of banana, honey, with grassy malts and a touch of hops, once again not a bad flavor; it’s not watered down, not offensive, and not stale or skunky. The one thing I did notice as negative was this beer was heavily carbonated causing me to release massive belches every few minuets. This just a beer that’s very easy drinking and great for the poor mans budget, its in my opinion a touch to sweet, but still very drinkable it’s just nothing special, and I’ll have to add I think 80% of all the bad reviews of this beer come from people just slamming it’s because its mass produced, and they don’t even bother doing a proper review."
