| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Oct 30, 2008 Pours a medium golden yellow color. Aromas of corn, hops, and a touch of sweetness. Flavors is typical lager with a hint of sweetness. Doesn’t really do anything for the beer. Phillies3814 (13), Tyrone, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 27, 2008 Bottle. Poured clear gold. I was slightly surprised as this tastes better than a macro with artificial honey flavors. Slightly malty. Decent mouthfeel. Pretty average overall. nick76 (2688), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 20, 2008 Well I don’t know that leaving out preservatives and adding what smells like honey candy makes a good beer. It seems like an overlay of flavors on a low quality lager. The appearance is pale gold and the flavor sweet and malty in a corn like way. The palate is watery and the hops are well hidden either by design or accident. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Oct 19, 2008 Updated: Nov 2, 2008 10/16/2008: Labatt Honey Lager has a sweet grainy and pale malty aroma. The color is clear gold with a small, foamy, off-white head. The flavor is also sweet with a slightly carmelized maltiness, but there isn’t really any honey or anything else besides a slightly dry finish. It has a medium-light body that has no memorable characteristics. Overall this beer could really be easy mistaken for any other macro lager.

Appearance: Clear , highly carbonated brew. Amber gold with large fruity , bright top. 3- Nose: Dusty ,sweet caramel with crystallized honey like aroma. Fain hop follow up. Flavor/Palate : medium bodied with smooth clean texture. Mild with honey sweetness, slight bitter hopping at finish. Straightforward clean. Surprisingly decent offering from Labatt.
Earlier Rating: 3/5/2006 Total Score: 2 Trade with Lafo-o . Pale golden lager with expected sugar honey sweetness. Fairly clean inoffensive body, medium high carbonation, honey quality was basic but this is discount beer niche so ... pale malt behind. Solid for manufactured beer.
