Appearance: It hade a thin white head that faded out fast and left little to lace behind. Its body had a nice golden amber color with good clarity and some visible carbonation.
Smell: The aroma was very sweet and malty.
Taste/Mouth feel: The flavor hade a nice sweet character with touch of clover honey along with the bready sweet malt. Hop flavor was rather bland with a mild bitterness. The texture is smooth with a medium body and the carbonation is lively.
Notes: Overall it’s a basic average tasting beer.

Nothing too special, it is refreshing on a hot summer day. RSRIZZO (1368), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 9, 2009 (Bottle courtesy of Headbanger) - Color is deep gold with good carbonation and a small white head. Aroma is a light sweet scent. Taste is light and sweet. Stating with a light body it goes down smooth and easy. Finish is a light sweet taste with a touch of malt. In the after taste the sweet turns to a slightly dry honey taste. This is a well done honey, its easy an easy clean drinking brew and one of the best I’ve had from Labatt. I do not understand why RateBeer has it listed as a Dark Lager, it not dark in any way. buckybeer (666), Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 6, 2007 Pours a medium copper color with a large but quickly fading head. Nice carbonation and bubbles are showering to the top. I think it a great looking pour. Aroma is sweet malts, corn, light hops. Flavor is bigger on the corn and wheat. Also light tart malts and citrus. Overall it is pretty decent. Crisp and refreshing. puboflyons (612), New Hampshire, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | May 9, 2008 From a 340 ml. brown bottle with a lot code of J10L74 0535. Pours a handsome ruby or honey tone with a very limited amount of head or lacing. The aroma is fairly weak to my nose but I do catch a little honey. The flavor is sweet and maybe dotted with honey. I really don’t notice any definitive flavor. It’s not a lager but it doesn’t have the sweetness of other honeys I have tried. But it is soothing and I like it, although I don’t know why. ndfreak77 (76), USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 30, 2007 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was lagerish and honey. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The smooth flavor contained notes of malt and honey. A decent one that I would consider buying again. dp (512), uniontown, Ohio, USA
