Thanks for the trade Ron! jbuzz (661), South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 9, 2009 (Bottle courtesy of Headbanger) - Color is deep gold with good carbonation and a small white head. Aroma is a light sweet scent. Taste is light and sweet. Stating with a light body it goes down smooth and easy. Finish is a light sweet taste with a touch of malt. In the after taste the sweet turns to a slightly dry honey taste. This is a well done honey, its easy an easy clean drinking brew and one of the best I’ve had from Labatt. I do not understand why RateBeer has it listed as a Dark Lager, it not dark in any way. coldbrewky (736), Saugerties, New York, USA

It’s the great Northern Frozen Wasteland for Pete’s sake! While I can’t blame my non beer drinking wife for bringing this home from her travels for me along with a slew of other brews, I wonder why I actually drank it with an attitude of rating. I mean, was I actually thinking that this would be something out of the ordinarry that would be the next new Orval? No. Would I drink this drivel again? No. Is it worth your time reading this, I dont care. robinvboyer (1442), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada

got to try all sorts of crap today at the inlaws!
well this was mediocre. lifeless, and noring, with a touch of some malt. lawnmower beer. HOney beers are a gimmick. i think the brewer just uses it to color the beer, for my taste it doesnt do anything for the flavor. Earlier Rating: 1/27/2008 Total Score: 1.2 very sweet beer. i can actually taste the honey, and not much else. Quite passable, not very enjoyable. Headbanger (1598), Aurora, Illinois, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 28, 2009 Bottle. A pale amber color with a thin white fizzy head, lots of carbonation. Aroma of a corn based pale lager with a hint of sweetness. Flavor was pretty flat with some malt and a touch of the honey coming through, a tiny, tiny hint of hops.Thin mouthfeel, crisp finish, a refreshing drinkable beer but not a rebuy for sure.
