Once again, the good folks at Labatt's continue to amaze me. They actually made a low alcohol beer that tastes good! That's my Labatt's!

Bottle at Pink Pony, Mackinac Island, Michigan. Pours respectable gold with a faint head and nice lacing. Aroma is tea sweetened with Sweet-N-Low. Flavor is corn meal and oats. Palate is only slightly thicker than water. Not bad for a N/A, actually.

My conquest of NA beers continues. Good stuff, surprisingly. Good off-yellow color and a small fizzy white head. Carbonation was not bad at all and there is an actual flavor. It's like a regular blue but sweeter and with less stale hops flavor. No metallic flavors, not harsh. Pretty good. . .for an NA beer.

A bit watery. I don’t think it tastes as bad as it’s made out to be, considering as it’s low alcohol and a macro brew. It isn’t up to regular Blue (not high praise in the first place.) If you can’t drink alcohol for whatever reason, you could do worse.

Not the best Canadian LA beer, but it’s better than 90% of American attempts! It’s a bit light, frothy and pale. But, at least there’s a hint of Canada in it, and that’s all I need!

This is a weak tasting non-alcoholic brew that is nonetheless clean and refreshing. More similar to Molson’s NA beer, not quite as watery, but less flavourful (if that’s possible). Doesn’t have the chemical flavour that O’Doul’s has, but has less flavour. Lags far behind the european imports.

Can. Pal crisp yellow body that would be hinting at a high vitamin diet in other liquids. A vigorous pour yields an uxpectedlylarge white head that fades quickly but leaves a respectable head. Aroma is sweet, fruity and metallic. Flavour is fairly bland but not unpleasant. Odd blend of diluted apple juice and a thin sweet malt solution. Surprisingly devoid of hop presence. Palatae is average, perhaps even a touch more full bodied than many macros. Bit flat though. Definitely the best n/a beer I have had, or at least the one with the least unpleasant aspects.

It’s beer so why is it here? I’ve had a few, very disappointing ’near beer’ nowhere near as good as St. Paulii NA or Kaliber. No hangover tho.
