Commercial Description:
A malty, copper-hued treat from start to finish, Ridgeline begins with a distinctive, estery aroma. Followed with a complex, nutty malt flavor true to its Scottish-style heritage, Ridgeline delivers unparalleled character and dimension. A touch of hops rounds out its silky, full body, highlighting Ridgeline's subtle but engrossing character.

Pours medium-dark amber with a large off-white head that quickly dissipates. Nice aroma of light caramel malts and dry fruit. Flavor is pleasant, full -bodied, light and malty, and a little bitter-sweetness and hops.

Smells nice and natural. It has a carmel, bread like aroma. It pours a light brown into a tulip glass with a smaller white head. It was slightly sweet on taste and a bit heavy. A very nice smooth drinker.

Hazy amber with a medium off-white thin head. Aroma of cookie, dough, bread, caramel, and toffee. Taste of caramel, sweet malt, nuts and honey. Semi-watery, so-so amber.
