hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA Apr 6, 2004 On tap at LBC. Poured a small sized ivory head with fine-small sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. This beer was softly carbonated and transparent with a yellow-orange hue. The aroma was malty, hoppy and sweet. The flavor was very hoppy...too hoppy for my taste buds. The mouthfeel was very hoppy and the lacing was good. thedm (3833), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Mar 28, 2004 This draft brew from the brewery poured a small head of fine to medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The softly carbonated body was light yellow brown colored. The aroma was mildly hopped. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and finish with a hop bite. It reminded me more of an APA with all of the hops. The bitter hoppy flavor becomes more hoppy with each taste as it reinforces the hops already present in ones mouth feel. Hop head will surely enjoy this one.
