clear dark amber, wispy off white head, streaks of lace, rich sweet caramel malt aroma, rich dark caramel malt flavor, touch of sweetness well balanced by earthy hops, lots of depth on the malt flavor with notes of chocolate and smoke, hint of sweet vanilla from the bourbon barrel aging, the sweetness gets a bit sticky but stays balanced, pick of the litter
