Commercial Description:
A Belgian Wit Bier brewed with 100% USDA organic ingredients. This wheat ale was brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, German Saphir hops, certified organic coriander & curacao orange peel and a Belgian wit bier yeast strain. The resulting beer is a refreshing ale with hints of citrus, clove and banana with a crisp finish.

I really enjoyed this brew. Poured a hazy yellow and looked almost like pineapple juice. Aroma of citrus and tangerine from the Saphir hops. Light bodied and easy to drink with flavor of citrus and mild malts.
