This has a clear yellow body with a small and short-lived white head. The aroma is the wheat flakes that so many American Wheats carry, but there’s an added grassy bitterness along with a hit of lemon zest that make this a somewhat refreshing beer. Good for warm weather.

On tap at LBC. Poured a small sized white head with fine-small bubbles that mostly diminished. There was no carbonation and the body was transparent with a pale yellow hue. The aroma was malty, hoppy, sweet and light banana notes. The flavor was lightly bitter, hoppy, sweet with a slight aftertaste. The mouthfeel was smooth. This was a medium bodied beer with fair lacing.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of white colored mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was a uncarbonated transparent yellow color. The aroma was of a mild malt wheat dough and the mouth feel was smooth mildly tingly with a lingering tingle in the finish that lasted well after it was swallowed. The flavor was mellow with malt wheat and doughy notes.

First off the bartender served this with a lemon. Ruined the nose as it all smelled like lemon. Subtle wheat flavors, but really lurking in the background. Some nice cereal and grain flavors.
