drat at the brewery. pours cloudy orange, thin white head. Aroma sweet coconut, hints of wheat and residual caramel sugar. Flavor, smooth, coconut is enjoyable, hints of wheat, light malts, medium carbonation. Sadly there seems to be a recurring yeasty profile that becomes a little to noticeable in most of their beers sometimes overpowering the initial flavor of the beer. Quite enjoyable summer beer.

on tap-pours an offwhite head with cloudygold/amber color. Aroma is grain/light malt/wheat-some bread, lemon, yeast. Taste is coconut [didn’t get this on the nose], spice hop-lemon, grain/light malt/wheat-some bread /caramel sweetness, yeast. Dry finish.

Draft… Murky golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Fruity, earthy notes of citrus and raw, barely toasted coconut. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is mostly nondescript, but there are subtle essences of citrus and coconut. Just a touch of hop bitterness that balances things out and provides a short, crisp, finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark gold with a thin white head. Light malt aroma with a touch of coconut when it warms. Light crisp malt taste that reveals a hint of coconut. I would have liked to have seen the coconut come out just a little more, but otherwise refreshing.
