| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 23, 2007 From a 22-oz bottle shared by JK, pours a clear golden pale yellow brew with a fast dissolving white head. Aroma of Begian yeast, banana esters, light raisin fruit and a touch of spicey yeast. Taste is sweet, yeasty with some spice citrus with a bitter finish. Palate is lightly carbonated, medium bodied with a dry citrus aftertaste. Will next year’s batch be called #11? Stay Tuned! JK (2967), Richfield, Minnesota, USA

Aroma has citrus, especially lemon. Flavor has some grass, more citrus, and light hops. Very well carbonated and an appropriate light body for a beer meant to be a warm weather thirst quencher.
