Aug 12, 2002 This is quite an unusual beer. Yeasty, spicy aroma. It’s remarkable how sweet it is despite the evident generous portion of hops. Also very spicy, with the Belgian yeast definitely noticeable. Quite a nice beer, but it definitely isn’t what I associate with a summer beer. Guess I’ll need to try some more saisons (even if this one isn’t wholly true to style).

Oct 12, 2006 Bottle thanks to Niels from Plan b. Golden colour with a medium white head. Fruity, yeast, spicy, hop aroma and taste. Medium body with a fruity finish.

Mar 27, 2007 Updated: Jul 26, 2007Bottle shared with Grovlam at Plan B, Cph. Pours a clear orange with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma has some american hoppyness, some barn, oranges, yeast and a roasted malty background. Taste is sweet and jumps around on your tongue. It feels more vinious than its 6,6 % tells us. Actually it felt like a ’low-alcohol’ barleywine. Nice!
