Aug 3, 2009 Poured from a bomber, this ale pours a cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Fantastic aroma of citrus, hops, spice and pine. Solid taste of hops, grapefruit, pine and caramel maltiness. Great, refreshing brew that is typical Lagunitas super hoppy and citrusy.

22OZ bottle. Pours clear, bright golden color. creamy white head. hearty grapefruit rind aroma. strong grapefruit! flavor is a sharp bitterness. Very nicely hopped. Wholegrain, nice crushed grain flavor. Mostly hops. Medium bodied. Sharp, tasty, and ultimately exquisite offering from Lagunitas. 8,4,6,3,15. 11 June 09

Jul 31, 2009 22 Oz bottle. Pours a pretty clear yellow with a decent head. Aroma and flavor are both of pine resin, some malt and maybe some hay. Has a slightly stronger punch than a typical APA, with a modest bitter to it. Not terrible by any means.

Jul 30, 2009 Lagunitas 2009 Correction Ale is a clear, sparkling golden ale with a thick, dense, foamy, yellowish off white head with a smattering of big bubbles. It leaves excellent lacing. It has a huge fruity aroma that’s lightly sweet. There are notes of orange and pine. It smells fresh-- excellent! It has a soft, smooth medium body with a clean finish. It has a nice, strong, clean bitterness of citrus peel and pine resin. The malt is slightly sweet. It’s a bit top-heavy, which is great. It’s typical Lagunitas fare. I love it.

Jul 28, 2009 22 oz bottle. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, pine resin, and sugar. Bitter flavor with a sweet malt base to help balance it out. Medium body with average carbonation, a creamy mouth feel and a long bitter finish. This is a good beer somewhere in between a Pale and an IPA.

Jul 22, 2009 Smells like a great IPA. Looks a bit lighter, kind of orange-ish yellow. Tastes like a weak IPA or a hoppy pale ale. It’s good and kind of sits between the two styles for me. For the same price, I’d recommend Hop Stoopid, though.

Jul 21, 2009 Bomber. Poured a medium, clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma is piney citrus hops and caramel malt. Somewhat thin body with decent amount of carbonation. Flavor is bittersweet hops, grass, caramel, and crackers. Mild bitterness and a touch of spiciness. Finishes very crisp.
