Cask at Trappeze. Pours clear orange, with an amber tint. Aroma of big citrus hops, and light malt backing. Really fresh. Taste is also very hop-forward, with lots of citrus - grapefruit, lemon, orange, pineapple - and some mild malt in the background. Finish is nicely bitter. The mouth is great on cask, not too carbonated. Overall, a very enjoyable hoppy pale ale.

Strong hop nose, just comes right out of the bottle. Definetly an IPA despite the labeling, very full hop palette, ctirus but full.

A+++ for the huge citrus aroma that makes you hesitate before you take a sip. Light caramel malts try to balance the overwhelming hops, but to no avail. At 73 IBUS and 6.3% ABV, it’s really enjoyable for hop lovers, but many will find it under balanced.

22 oz bomber from Market of Choice. Pours out a deep amber with a big white, decently long lasting head. Aroma is pure citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, orange, light lemon. A hint of malt in there as well. Flavor is also extremely citric, very juicy with a mild caramel malt feel. As others have stated, it tastes much like a milder version of Hop Stoopid. (I drank them back to back last night actually). Another winner from the gang at Lagunitas.

(bottle) Pours an orange amber with a nice white head. Aroma of grass, pine, citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon), and very floral hops. Flavor has a bright acidity, fruity, lots of hops, and some caramel on the back and aftertaste. Medium bodied.

Aroma was delicious, citrus, floral, herbal, tart. Flavor overall had a kind of deep bitterness that was resinous, but did not linger and was not harsh like dry hopped beers. Fruity, citrus, grapefruit. Piney, resinous. Problem: body. Was a bit thin on the palate, could’ve used some more viscosity.

Bottle. Pours a orangish gold with a nice fluffy head and aromas of pine and pineapple. Flavor is a lovely mix of light malt and crisp hops. This is refreshing and crisp and I wish I had a second.

Clear bright gold, powerful fresh pineapple aromatic hoppy burst on the nose. Hop forward in character, doughy malt in the background, very clean. Simple in design, but I really dig this. Malt character sticks around.
