Pours with a golden-orange body topped by a medium thick to thick head, off-white head with a good amount of lacing left behind. It’s hoppy, floral and citrusy with light bitter notes and a light malty sweetness. Medium bodied and a little hot with a touch of dryness.

Clear light orange-yellow with a puffy white head and some light loopy lacing. Pine hop aroma, spicy, some caramel malts. Taste is sweet caramel, apples, nice citrusy pine hop finish and good bitterness.

22 oz. brown bomber bottle. No freshness date seen. Poured out a golden straw color, with a sticky tan head. Left a decent lacing down the sides of the glass. Aromas are of slight cloves, some hops, subdued malt aroma. Flavors are certainly phenolic, sort of biting on the tongue. My money says it’s because it was fermented at too high a temperature. Medium mouthfeel, OK body. Leaves a stinging feeling on the tip of my tongue. OK enough to try once, I guess.

bomber - pours clear gold with thin white head; citrus, fruity hops and stale lemons, malt and pineapple; bitter and light bodied; lemony, raw and slightly medicinal; light malt, bitter and not all that together; too medicinal for me

Bomber. Poured medium peachy-golden with a short cap of off-white head. The aroma picked up some juicy grapefruit and caramel notes accented by floral and resiny pine.. soft and spicy overall, and well presented. The flavor had caramel, grapefruit meat, and a hint of honey at the core surrounded by primarily pine and citrusy hoppage.. earth and some floral notes rounded it out.. long, moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied and again spicy on the palate with very good balance between the components.. well-crafted and tasty.

22oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours an incredibly clear golden amber with a medium-sized frothy white head that leaves lots of lacing and a soapy film along the top. The aroma is mostly juicy citrus fruits with tangerines and grapefruits coming through. I also got some slightly sweet malts as well and this one wasn’t quite as hoppy as I expected. The taste is more of the same with some slightly astringent citrus bitterness up front with a bready malt backbone that doesn’t get in the way of the hops too much. The finish is slightly metallic, enough to distract me at least. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with soft carbonation and fairly slick and sticky on the palate. This is a decent IPA, though I think the hops have a faded a little bit leaving the metallic finish without the big hop presence needed to cover it up. Good beer overall though.

22oz bomber. Pours amber with really nice fluffy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma reminds me of a Stone IPA or Sierra Nevada. Some sweet smell too. Carbonation is more prevalent than the body- pretty thin, but the finish is nicely hoppy and has a hint of honey. A pretty damn good beer at $4 for a bomber.

Poured clear light amber, citrus hops, fruity, malty, little caramel, little grassy.
